BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Conditions
Deposit fee:
50% of total trip payment is required to deposit in advance within seven days after your booking is finally confirmed. The paid amount of the deposit will be non-refundable.
Full amount fee:
The rest of total payment amount remaining from the deposit of 50% will be collected on a final date at your hotel’s check-out.
Payment Method:
Payment is possibly made through a bank transfer or credit card. We either accept Visa or MasterCard. In addition to this, an online link to credit card payment will be sent upon your request.
Cancellation Condition
The passenger may cancel their booking at any time without proving any particular reason. However, Avatan Charter Bus Cambodia (ACBC) will charge over the cancellation fee as follow:
1. In rare case or special case with evidence of good reason, ACBC will cancel the booking and 100% of total deposited amount or a whole trip payment sum will be refunded satisfactorily.
2. During a reservation period:
The traveler right:
All travelers have the right to either replace its travelers in the booked tour group, but, nevertheless, still be limited to the same number of travelers in the booked tour group; or may transfer the booked tour group’s trip itinerary to another group organizer to take charge of the group.
Miscellaneous conditions:
Please inform the bus operator immediately if there is any errors or issues or mistakes might occur during the trip. ACBC will be not be responsible for any of these faults if there is no immediate action be taken by your organizer to confirm and inform us in advance.
Travel Insurance:
The ACBC bus fleet is covered by Forte Insurance Policy; and all travelers are recommended or required to have an international travelling insurance coverage.
